In this new era of science and technology, we have incorporated gadgets (such as cell phones, laptops, computers, iPods, etc...) in our everyday lives.

Many individuals especially students have gadgets together with them. The question is “Do gadgets help or distract students?” To answer this question I list down the advantages and disadvantages of gadgets to one’s life.

Reproductive Health Bill

First step: Always the hardest, but we MUST

If our homelands can merely be outstretched immensely, then we do not have to dispute about the passage of Reproductive Health (RH) Bill, that is, in a quixotic realm.

In year 2008, the Philippines population is approximately 92 681 453, with a population growth rate of about 1.73 percent. Now, evaluating the approximation, we are instantly around hundreds of millions. Our population is rapidly boosting and tending to block up every space of our lands, yet some of us still don’t bother this ilk of experience. This growth is compelling each of the Filipino to take an action – if not to stop, at least to control it.

DepEd, partners gang up against bullying in schools

The Department of Education has found an ally in Jesuit Basic Education Commission (JBEC) in its fight against bullying in schools.

 JBEC, in cooperation with Solar Entertainment, has brought the acclaimed documentary “Bully” to the Philippines and no less than Education Secretary Br. Armin A. Luistro FSC has graced its premiere last night, November 13, 6:30 PM, at Robinson’s Galleria Cinema 4.
